GBS Iskandar@Medini, an initiative by Iskandar Investment Berhad (IIB), has successfully attracted Global Business Services (GBS) companies to thrive in Medini, Iskandar Puteri, since 2016. The program has continuously adapted to global changes, including the impact of recent events such as the COVID-19 pandemic. These disruptions prompted the integration of digitalization and innovative technologies to navigate the challenges that arose, leaving a lasting effect on the GBS sector.

Looking forward to 2050, Medini’s Central Business District (CBD) is expected to be dominated by green buildings. As the master developer of Medini, IIB is gearing up to adopt sustainability and Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.
